Manufacturing Specifications

  • Pinned Ends Hydraulically pressed steel pins inserted into plank ends to prevent splitting and extend service life.
  • Proof Loading Every plank undergoes non-destructive load testing to ensure structural integrity before shipping.
  • End Sealer Advanced waterproofing sealant applied to ends to resist moisture absorption and checking.
