GripStrip® Scaffold Planks have raised the bar when it comes to safety and longevity. We have engineered a surface that greatly increases the coefficient of friction by means of “GripStrips.” These “GripStrips” are on both the top and bottom face of every plank we make. By greatly reducing the slip hazard of a wood plank due to climatic elements or field liquids, we can ensure the safest possible walking (solid-sawn or Laminated) surface known in the industry. Our manufacturing process begins with the highest fiber quality of Long Leaf Pine, unlike others, we remove most of the short leaf & loblolly pine which results in higher strength values and far greater longevity. We remove all necessary defects and we are the only manufacturer to grade our plank using machine stress rating as well as 2-man visual grading process. We “Raise the Bar” by utilizing higher Fiber-Bending Values and more stringent Modulus of Elasticity values that ensure not only the safest wood scaffold plank but the longest-lasting. Longevity equals return on investment. Our product lasts up to 38% longer than competitors, as corroborated by 3rd Party accelerated weather-age testing.
